I don’t know if I’ll be able to squeeze psychology into my degree after this year, despite how much I like it. I honestly feel like I have learned so much about myself from this subject, as dumb and ‘omg yeh’ as that sounds. I don’t know. Maybe this is just a very tired local-holiday trying to motivate himself to the tune of 1200 words. Or maybe its just too hard to express via a keyboard. I need either a musical number or a face-to-face conversation for this one!

My history tutor is American, and so is a guy taking the class. All year whenever we have studied or mentioned or even alluded to the US in discussions, the entire class goes quiet and we all sit with our mouths open in excitement as the two Americans have a little moment.
Anyway, last class we were studying the history of patriotism then the topic moved to America, and everyone went silent…
Tutor: America’s very patriotic. Do you get what I mean? [gestures at American guy]
